yes my dear there is....hair conditioner,sounds strange i know but believe it works a treat cause i use it regulary.Just rub the conditioner all over the legs .leave for a few mins then shave as normal.

If you try this for a while you will notice your hair will be finner no bumps .try it and see you have nothing to lose.Plus a cheap trick!
