I have that to but all you need to do is use conditioner and shampoo. But do not scratch your head. the white flakes are dead skin from your scalp if you scratch they will come even more Merry Christmas!

well i think that its dandruff in my opinion i think you should use head and shoulders and rinse very Good and when you come out of the shower just put a little bit of biosilk at the ends of your hair and last but not least don't forget to use conditioner (but not tooo much)
