Skin colour bumps around penis, hair follicles?

ok well, basically i have these skin colored bumps around my penis. not huge lumps, really tiny 1 mm ones. they're on the bottom of my shaft and also under. there are lots of them. im pretty worried.. and pretty embarrased by these.

when i just keep it normal, they are just skin coloured, but when i stretch the skin out, its white under neath but in no way have itried to pop em or anything.

If the head of your penis ends up looking like cauliflower flower ts, it is is probably herpes. It viral and not sure they have a treatment. If they do its by means of freezing them.
