I read about stimulating the hair follicles/scalp by doing scalp massage. It said that is gets blood/oxygen flowing to your scalp which helps hair to grow. How do you do a self scalp massage? thanks

She's right. Just spred your fingers out (like claws) lol and move them around gently (message it) on your scalp. This is ironic I just finished about an hour ago. I read it in a black hair magazine and now it habit forming. I've learned to do while the conditioner sits in my hair. (I'm a teen stylist by the way, note the growth, it works)..and feels good 8 )
