Suggestions for Bikini Hair Removal?

I've shaved, and get ingrown hairs like CRAZY, accompanied by razor burn type bumps! Exfoliating doesn't help. Same thing happens with depilitory creams (Nair, Veet, etc.). When I wax, I bleed out of the pores/follicles, and often bruise... I've even tried Laser Hair Removal with no results... Do any of you have issues with bleeding through the skin as well? Do you have any suggestions as to get a smooth, hair-free bikini area?

I have very sensitive skin and have never responded well to waxing or shaving. I had my first laser hair removal treatment a few weeks ago. I went to an OB/GYN, not a beauty salon.

Laser hair removal does not work on blonde or gray hair. Additionally, I was asked to stay out of the sun until all scheduled treatments are complete... having a tan decreases the effectiveness of the treatment and it can take up to 6 treatments (one every eight weeks) to reach your hair removal goal.

So far, I'm thrilled with the results. Although the procedure was painful... it was worth it.
