when I shave it looks like I didnt the hair follicles are thick and dark so it looks awful and my legs look like i didnt just shave how can i reduce this appearence so the look smooth and nice

i have the same problem. What I do is shave right before I go somewhere, not the night before. Then apply like bronzer it makes the hairs less visable. Or better yet dye your leg hair. If you can dye your hair on your head you can do it to your legs.
