Some hair on my chest grows from the same root. In other words 2 hairs will appear to grow out of the same place. Is this normal and should I have this looked at??

No it is not abnormal. But if what you are talking about is inflamed it just might be a ingrown hair. If it is use tweezers that have been sterilized in alcohol and remove the hair and swab the spot after with a disinfectant.

yes and ask your doctor just in case but i think you don't have to worry about it but it is your choice.
