There is this bump thing near the base of my penis. Its kinda redish around that area. Its about 1/4th of an inch in length and half that size in width. Its been there since yesterday. Ive always had a really small 'bump there though, which just seemed to be a hair follicle, (ive had the small 'bump' ever since i hit puberty.) but now theres a pimple looking bump there. Im thinking this is either a pimple, or a ingrown hair. but i could be wrong.
My reason why it could be a pimple:
Im embarrassed to say this but i havent washed that area in a long while. and it is a little dirty down there..
Reason why it could be a ingrown hair:
There are small hairs growing around this bump which means this could be a hair that cant find its way out.
Oh by the way, i know this aint the place for this kind of question but the 'health' section is going slow and wont show my question.

Sounds like a blood blister and that has nothing to do with hair. Have a doctor take a look at it and lance it if necessary and by all means wash the area.
